Hibiscus plants are native to warm-temperate and tropical regions. The bright colored flowers of the hibiscus plant are known to attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. They do best with full sun to partial shade, but prefer 6-8 hours of direct sunlight. For watering, during summer/hot months the Hibiscus plant should be watered daily. It will also require lots of water while in bloom.
