Golden Rat Tail Cactus or Cleistocactus winteri is a pendant cactus covered in attractive golden spines. It is native to Bolivia, where it grows on the sides of cliffs with plenty of sun exposure and high humidity. It produces bright orange or coral pink flowers with a tubular base and a burst of petals at the opening. This cactus is easy to care for, requiring bright, filtered light and watering only after the soil becomes dry.
