Calathea 'Freddie', or Prayer Plant, is known for its long, waxy, striped leaves. It prefers bright, indirect sunlight and moist soil and does best in a high humidity environment. Its leaves curl up at night and unfurl in the morning, making it a fun plant to watch. It has excellent air-purifying qualities and makes a great addition to any home.

Care:

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect sunlight
• Water: Thoroughly water these indoor plants when the top inch of the soil is dry letting the soil partially dry out before you water it again. Calathea Freddie houseplants do best in well-draining soil and in containers with drainage.
