Bulk Organic Topsoil 1 Cubic Yard

The Bulk Organic Topsoil is a blend of excavated native soil that has more clay properties, is heavier, and more like "dirt." The topsoil is blended with approximately 15% Compost and then screen for final use. The Organic Topsoil is intended for filling in deeper areas where less organic matter is needed. It is ideal for filling up parking medians or building up around the foundation of a home where there is a need for more clay or native soil and less organic matter. Less organic matter means less shrinkage over time, but anytime native soils are used there is an increase chance of weed seeds. 

Topsoil can be used for filling low spots, bringing landscaping areas to grade, or backfilling areas that do not need organic matter.
