'Chindo' viburnum is an upright, dense, large, pyramidal shrub with lustrous, dark green foliage. With maturity, this plant will have clusters of tiny white flowers in late spring that develop into bright red berries in early autumn. Tolerates a wide range of soils and is also mildly resistant to damage my deer. When established, this viburnum can withstand drought-like weather conditions and becomes carefree with no serious pest problems. Choose for your next hedge or evergreen screen, or as a large accent planting.
